This morning was a nice start to work. Deanna came down and her and I and Lisa talked for like 40 minutes about different traditions related to the Old Testament (i.e. rabbinical tradition of binding the word to the arms and chest and forehead--in small scroll form, but nonetheless physically binding it there. Modern Christians don't take that as literally, but there is something kind of beautiful about the old way of doing it).
