a practice that has not felt like a discipline so much as just one of the most helpful things to my spirit lately has been praying out loud. taking time to talk instead of always blogging or scribbling out messy words in my journal. on the drive home tonight I wasnt able to just crank up my cds and drive and sing to them like I love to do until I just poured out all my thoughts in every word that would come to mind within an hour. Praying out loud and pouring out my heart out loud and giving the people I love to God's will and blessing out loud...this is something that has really been creating revolutionary little changes in my heart.
